Public tour tickets are non-refundable but transferable to another guest. For private charters, please refer to your custom charter agreement for deposit schedules and cancellation terms. Contact us at contact@lodiwinetrolley.com if you need to transfer a reservation.
Yes — our Taste of Lodi and Sunday Sipping tours are all-inclusive of tasting fees at the scheduled wineries, plus lunch. A processing fee applies at checkout. Gratuities are not included.
Comfortable, weather-ready clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended. Lodi Wine Country can be warm in summer and cooler in the evenings — layers work well. For Hallo-Wine, costumes are encouraged!
Public wine tours are for guests 21+ unless a specific family-friendly event says otherwise. Pets are not permitted on public tours. Private charters may accommodate special requests — contact us to discuss.

Yes — non-drinkers are welcome. Ask us about non-alcoholic options when you book. Designated drivers still need a ticket for public tours; private charters can be tailored for mixed groups.
Not at all! Our tours are designed for first-timers and enthusiasts alike. Your host shares stories about Lodi Wine Country while you taste and enjoy the ride.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted on public tours. Complimentary bottled water is provided aboard the Trolley. Guests on private charters may bring their own food and beverages.
