Tour and event tickets purchased through Lodi Wine Trolley are subject to the terms displayed at checkout on Peek, including non-refundable ticket policies, processing fees, and gratuity guidelines noted on each tour page.

Private charter bookings require a signed agreement and deposit. Cancellations and rescheduling terms are provided at the time of booking.
